**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan, and execute creative content reel video across digital platforms (*Instagram*, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Write engaging copy for posts, captions, blogs, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with videographers and editors to produce high-quality videos and reels.
- Research industry-related topics, trends, and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas.
- Assist in content planning, scriptwriting, and storyboarding for campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all content.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Tamil (and regional languages preferred).
- Creativity with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of content editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc. is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Clients, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in content creation / social media management (freshers with strong creative skills and experience in Content creation are welcome).
