**Job Title: Social Media Content Creator**

**Reports to: Marketing Manager**

We are Gardenia, an initiative from Vruksha - International School of Montessori, an Authentic Montessori chain of schools that is creating waves of revolution in the field of education. Gardenia encompasses a unique blend of Montessori and IGCSE curriculum.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Content Creator will develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance our Montessori school’s online presence. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and promoting our school’s Montessori philosophy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:Produce original content (text, images, videos) for social media. & Capture and edit photos/videos of school activities and events.
- **Social Media Management**:Maintain a content calendar aligned with school events. & Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding. Respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster a positive online presence by engaging with the school community & Run social media campaigns and contests to boost engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate content effectiveness. Also, provide regular performance reports and insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work with staff to gather content ideas and ensure cohesive branding & Collaborate with external vendors for content creation as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role/ Freshers with passion for social media content creation are most welcome.
- Familiarity with Montessori education is a plus.
- Proficient in social media platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
