- ssist in reviewing, organizing, and migrating existing contracts into the Agiloft CLM system. E
- nsure accurate data entry and tagging of contract metadata in line with internal standards. C
- oordinate with regional stakeholders to gather missing contract information or clarifications. S
- upport the validation and quality control of migrated contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy. C
- ollaborate with the legal, procurement, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of the migration process. M
- aintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the contract handling process. P
- rovide regular updates and reports on migration progress and issues encountered.

B
- achelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field. M
- BA preferred (completed). S
- trong verbal and written communication skills in English. H
- igh attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data. K
- nowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
