**Job Title**: IT Procurement Executive

**Location**: Noida, UP

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with authorized dealers and distributors of HP, Dell, and Lenovo to obtain competitive price quotes.
- Check and confirm product stock availability with suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms to maximize cost efficiency.
- Evaluate multiple vendor options to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and pricing lists.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical team to understand procurement requirements.
- Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Keep updated on latest IT hardware, CCTV, and networking products and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in the computer hardware and networking industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of desktop, laptop, server, CCTV, and networking products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software.

**Education & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT hardware procurement.

**Salary**: As per industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
