**Position: Procurement Executive, Asstt. Manager**

**Experience: 3-5 years**

**Location: Noida - Sector 125**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT products and services.
- Conduct market research and vendor analysis to identify potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Track and analyze procurement metrics.
- Stay updated on IT market trends and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Can work in a team and produce positive results
- Excellent relations with OEMs, Distributors
- Must be aware of the complete IT Sourcing processes and cycle

**Qualifications**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing in a IT Services Company
- Strong understanding of the IT Products, IT Solutions, IT technology trends.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least Graduate, Graduate with Engineering will be given preference
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba etc).
- Certifications in procurement or supply chain management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
