Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with FMCG brands and vendors to manage the procurement of goods.
  • Track order statuses, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely flow of goods.
  • Schedule, organize, and follow up on calls and meetings for the AVP - including preparation of agenda points, minutes, and updates.
  • Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and communication logs.
  • Support documentation related to POs, quotations, and pricing sheets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Ops, Finance, Warehouse) to ensure smooth procurement workflows.
  • Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.

  • Have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
