**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in US payroll processing, with a strong understanding of ADP software.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in US payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and data management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate payroll-related information to employees and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address payroll issues and discrepancies effectively.

**Experience**:

- Min 3 year

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
