Working with a number of high-profile customers globally, our growing business is excited to be expanding our People team in Noida.

We are currently seeking a Payroll & Reward Advisor to administer the payroll for all of Kigen's locations globally, working closely with our external payroll provider to ensure that payroll is processed efficiently and on time. The role will also involve the administration of all employee benefits for Kigen.

**What you will be doing:
**Role Deliverables**
- On a monthly basis, co-ordinate all payroll inputs with our external payroll provider meeting all appropriate deadlines for each location.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure all payment requests are processed in a timely manner to ensure no delays in payment of payroll.
- Working with our external payroll providers to ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting for the global payrolls.
- Administer any changes to benefits as needed.
- Be the main point of contact for all our colleagues to assist on day-to-day payroll and benefits queries, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues as appropriate.
- Support the Senior VP of People with the annual renewal of benefits. Assisting with adhoc reporting on payroll related information as required.

**What do we need:
