**Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to**
- Acting as a liaison between the client and the organization
- Efficiently managing and supporting end to end Student Administration
- Interacting with the students, both domestic and overseas
- Coordinating with students to resolve queries or address any concerns
- Functioning with daily operations and business processes
- Maintaining compliance for day to day operations
- Willing to help and assist other team mates as and when needed
- English proficiency - written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience in KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) / CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn and deliver on new tools or areas not previously worked on
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any Specialization)
