**Job Summary**:
The School Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth front desk operations. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor to manage inquiries, administrative tasks, and school-related correspondence efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per school security protocols.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage student attendance records and maintain daily registers.
- Maintain and update student and staff records in the school database.
- Handle postal and courier services, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of school documents.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents regarding school events, circulars, and notices.
- Schedule and manage appointments for the Principal and school authorities.
- Assist in organizing meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.

**Office Management**:

- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
- Manage office supplies and requisitions for stationery and other essentials.
- Support staff in preparing reports, documents, and letters as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in front desk operations, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
- **Hindi and English typing is mandatory**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- A welcoming and professional attitude with good telephone etiquette.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in a CBSE school environment.
- Familiarity with school administration procedures and CBSE guidelines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Salary**: As per industry standards and school policies.
