**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation and Cold Calling.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads for property sales.
- Identify client needs, budget, and preferences to match suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest in a property.
- Property Information and Consultation.
- Provide detailed information about the properties, including location, pricing, and available amenities.
- Answer all customer queries regarding real estate offerings and services.
- Offer tailored recommendations based on the client’s requirements.
- Scheduling Site Visits.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and meetings with potential clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and real estate agents for property viewings.
- Database Management.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate details (names, contact information, property interests).
- Keep track of all interactions and follow-up calls, ensuring timely communication.
- Sales Conversion.
- Follow up on interested clients to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions to concerns.
- Maintain records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: UG Degree ( ANY ).
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in real estate) is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
Customer-Oriented: Strong ability to interact with customers and meet their needs.
Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminology, property listings, and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
