About The Position

We are looking for a Workday Administrator responsible for development, maintenance, data loads, upgrades and optimization of systems with the People technology landscape (HCM).

Technical and Professional Requirements
- Serve as the primary administrator for Core HCM.
- Responsible for development, maintenance, data loads, upgrades and optimization of systems.
- Monitor system HCM business processes.
- Maintain documentation related to Core HCM.
- Maintain supervisory organizations within Workday.

Preferred Skills
- Collaborate with team members across, People, Finance and IT team to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday.
- Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new business processes in the system.
- Gather requirements for system enhancements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Core HCM.
- Responsible for development, maintenance, data loads, upgrades and optimization of systems with the People technology landscape (HCM).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Workday functionality, data integrity, and HCM business processes.
- Maintain documentation related to Core HCM, tenant management, business processes, and user guides.
- Maintain supervisory organizations within Workday.

Educational Requirements
- Any graduate with 60% or above.
