- 4 -6 years**
**Notice Period:
- Only Immediate or 15 days joiners**
**Mandatory Skill:
- Workday HCM Integration and configuration experience.**
**Must Have**:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Core HCM
- Responsible for development, maintenance, data loads, upgrades and optimization of systems with the People technology landscape (HCM)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Workday functionality, data integrity, and HCM business processes
- Maintain documentation related to Core HCM, tenant management, business processes, and user guides
- Maintain supervisory organizations within Workday
**Nice to have**:
- Collaborate with team members across, People, Finance and IT team to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday
- Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new business processes in the system
- Gather requirements for system enhancements and translate them into effective Workday configurations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Experience**:
- Total work: 6 years (preferred)
- Workday HCM integration & configuration: 2 years (preferred)
