**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Social Media and Online Presence**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain a strong online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
- **Design and Creative Development**:

- Design visually appealing brochures, plan books, hoardings, and advertisements in coordination with external agencies.
- Showcase graphic design creativity to ensure a consistent and compelling visual brand identity.
- Oversee the development of both digital and printable marketing materials.
- **Content Creation and Proofreading**:

- Generate compelling and persuasive content for SMS, advertisements, write-ups, and other marketing collateral.
- Thoroughly proofread and edit all written content to maintain high quality and accuracy.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan, organize, and execute various events in alignment with approved event plans.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and participant engagement.
- **Corporate Gifting and Circle Development**:

- Select, present, and acquire approval for corporate gifting options.
- Undertake Circle Development activities, including gathering information, documenting plans, and executing initiatives.
- **Material Management and Execution**:

- Manage all aspects of marketing-related materials, including hoardings, brochures, and signage work.
- Estimate, budget, and oversee payment processes for marketing materials.
- Ensure stock maintenance to meet marketing demands.
- **Digital and Printable Media**:

- Prepare, organize, and distribute digital media content, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
- Manage the creation, storage, and distribution of printable marketing materials.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of acrylic work, signage work, and digital media tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse marketing responsibilities.
- Proficiency in event planning and execution.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
