
Sales & Marketing Executive

A "Sales and Marketing" role in construction involves actively seeking out new construction projects by building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting construction solutions, and promoting the company's capabilities through marketing strategies to secure contracts, ultimately driving revenue growth for the construction firm. Key responsibilities may include:
- **Lead Generation**:Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the residential, commercial, or industrial construction sectors through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and market research.
- **Client Relationship Building**:Developing strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and property owners to understand their project requirements and present tailored construction solutions.
- **Proposal Development**:Preparing detailed project proposals outlining the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and project specifications to meet client needs.
- **Sales Presentations**:Delivering compelling presentations to potential clients showcasing the company's expertise, past project portfolio, and value proposition.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and project scope with clients to secure profitable deals.
- **Market Analysis**:Staying updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:Managing the sales pipeline through CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
