**Job Summary**:
Vrundavani Realty is looking for dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Executives** to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial projects by engaging with leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about real estate and customer interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with leads generated through telecalling, marketing campaigns, and walk-ins.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable project options.
- Conduct site visits and property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the back-end team for documentation, follow-ups, and post-sales services.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on current market trends, competitors, and property rates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in client interactions.
- Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
