**Responsibilities**:
1**. Client Acquisition**: Personally identify and target potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our customized merchandise and corporate gifting solutions.

**2. Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, providing guidance to the team to ensure cohesive execution.

**3. Relationship Building**:Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and provide mentorship to the team on effective client engagement.

**4. Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, guiding the team on strategic approaches.

**5. Pipeline Management**: Oversee and contribute to the maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
