Advarohi, an India-based creator and publisher of comics and graphic novels inspired by Indian stories, folklore, and mythology, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our newly launched comic book series.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, conducting compelling product presentations, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Your exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and collaboratively will be key to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage in sales activities to promote and sell our comic book series to potential customers within our target market.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close sales.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales progress, and closed deals.
- Conduct cold calling to introduce our comic book series to potential customers and generate new leads.
- Identify potential customers through market research, networking events, and industry databases, and proactively reach out to set up meetings or presentations.
- Promptly address customer inquiries, concerns, or feedback, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, assess their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for additional sales or partnerships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Fluency in English and local language and strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate our graphic novels’ unique value proposition.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, adaptability in the face of challenges and changing market conditions and willingness to continuously learn and improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with using digital platforms and tools for sales, communication, and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate sales activities and customer needs and travel locally or regionally as required for sales meetings, trade shows, and comic conventions.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior sales experience, particularly in the publishing, entertainment, or creative industries. Familiarity with the comic book and graphic novel market in India is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
