
Sales Assistant

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving company sales by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role involves a mix of inside and outside sales, requiring both phone-based and face-to-face interactions. The Sales Executive must have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess a keen understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Graduate
- **Experience**: 0-6 months
- **Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be familiar with Digital Marketing, SEO/SMO/PPC/Website Development/Mobile Applications
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
