**About Us**:
We are a leading Garment company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Store Supervisor** who can manage inventory, supervise store operations, and handle computer-based record keeping.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer/software (Excel/ERP/Tally).
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain store-related reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store area.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in store/inventory management.
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, ERP, Tally, or similar software).
- Good knowledge of stock management and warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise store staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
