Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a balance of operational efficiency, team leadership, and a focus on driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.

Implement company policies, procedures, and standards.

Sales & Customer Service:
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving issues promptly.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

Motivate and manage team performance through coaching and regular feedback.

Schedule shifts and manage employee attendance.

Inventory & Merchandising:
Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and ordering.

Plan and execute store merchandising to align with seasonal trends and promotions.

Minimize shrinkage through regular audits and security measures.

Financial Management:
Manage the store budget, including expenses and payroll.

Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis for upper management.

Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: [e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent experience]

Experience: [e.g., 3-5 years in a retail management role]

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of inventory control and merchandising principles.

Customer satisfaction scores.

Inventory accuracy and shrinkage rates.

Compliance with operational standards.
Pay: ₹8,955.70 - ₹43,248.43 per month
