**Job Title**: Store Incharge/Supervisor (FMCG)
**Experience Required**: 0-3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
**Location**: Jalandhar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations**: Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing stock levels, monitor product shelf life, and ensure products are stored and displayed correctly.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service by addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Team Coordination**: Support and guide store staff in their duties, ensuring high standards of performance and teamwork.
- **Sales Support**: Help drive sales by ensuring products are always in stock, help with product promotions, and maintain appealing store displays.
- **Stock Audits**: Assist in conducting regular stock counts and manage stock replenishment in a timely manner.
- **Cash Handling**: Ensure accurate cash management and assist with cash register duties.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure adherence to store hygiene, safety standards, and FMCG product regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in retail or customer service; freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Interest in FMCG**: Basic understanding or interest in FMCG products and retail operations.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: A positive and helpful attitude towards customers.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with basic computer operations or retail software (preferred but not mandatory).
