Nursing in Charge

Takes complete hand over of her /his assigned patient.
- Checks her/his special assignments like checking of crash cart, taking inventory, or any other assignment given by the in charge.
- Checks her assigned patients and their units physically.
- Ensures that the assigned patient’s bedside/room is kept clean at all times.
- Ensures that all relevant reports of assigned patients are collected before the rounds.
- Accompanies consultants /SR on rounds.
- Ensures that information regarding any change of medication/treatments/procedure etc; are informed to the primary consultant without delay.
- Informs in charge of any breakage, faulty equipment etc without delay.
- Returns all unused medications/consumables to stores before sending the billing.
- Ensure timely and accurate entries in Billing at all times.
- Informs any requests for leave duties to in charge in writing before 20th of every month.

Checks all documentation (nurse’s note, charts, consents, and patient data) for its completeness.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
