**Job Summary**: The Purchase Executive plays a crucial role in the procurement process by ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services required by the organization. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to obtain the best value for the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Shifting Suppliers**: Identify potential suppliers through available vendors, networking and Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.

2. **Negotiating Contracts**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contracts for the organization. Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. **Purchase Order Processing**: Generate and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm order specifications and delivery schedules.

4. **Supplier Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing cooperation and resolve any issues that may arise. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.

5. **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet organizational needs while minimizing excess inventory.

6. **Cost Analysis**: Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities. Recommend strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce expenses.

7. **Quality Control**: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure purchased goods and services meet the organization's quality standards and specifications.

8. **Compliance**: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.

9. **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions or vendor insolvency.

10. **Reporting**: Prepare reports and presentations on procurement metrics, including cost savings, vendor performance, and inventory levels, for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing procurement activities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Additional Qualifications**:

- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
- Experience working with domestic suppliers and managing import/export processes.
- Knowledge of lean procurement principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

**Working Conditions**:
The Purchase Executive will works in an office environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
