**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
