**Job Title**: Project Coordinator - IT Projects

**Location**: Base Location Raipur

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Program Manager
**Experience Required**: 3 year exp in IT project coordination only

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and scheduling IT projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and report issues or risks.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure follow-up on open items.
- Track project budgets and resource utilization as needed.
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date, and assist in project audits.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and support project managers in daily administrative tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
