A Civil Project Head in Real Estate is responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale construction projects from concept to completion ensuring they are executed within budget on time and to the required quality standards This role involves overseeing various phases of project execution including design permitting construction and handover Additionally the project head manages and develops staff coordinates with stakeholders and ensures compliance with relevant regulations Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Developing detailed project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans monitoring daily operations at the construction site and ensuring the smooth execution of construction activities Quality Control and Compliance Ensuring adherence to project specifications quality standards and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with legal and environmental requirements Budget and Cost Management Tracking project expenses approving invoices coordinating payments with the finance department and ensuring the project remains within the allocated budget Stakeholder Management Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders including architects engineers contractors and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment Risk Management Identifying potential risks implementing mitigation strategies and developing action plans to address challenges Reporting and Communication Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders and maintaining effective communication with project team members Team Management Supervising project teams providing guidance and support and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Procurement Monitoring procurement of materials and equipment ensuring adherence to quality quantity and schedule requirements Additional Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with all required permits and licenses Finalizing subcontractors and coordinating with Project Management Consultancy PMC Taking corrective action when projects fall behind schedule Developing and implementing innovative business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction Mentoring and developing project management team members JOB APPLYhttp jobs vinayakjob com CONTACT - ANJALI 95034 51559RITESH AGRAWAL 9893007335
