**Job Title**: Retail Fit-Out Projects

**Base Location**: Chhattisgarh

**Qualification**: Civil Engineering Graduate & Above

**Preferred Skills**:

**Key Result Areas**:
1. **Store Opening and Renovation**:

- Manage timelines from WCD (Work Completion Date) to HOTVM (Hand Over To Visual Merchandiser) for Company Owned Company Operated with only registered vendors.
- Prepare work schedules and conduct regular site visits.
- Ensure regular communication and coordination with various stakeholders including VM (Visual Merchandising), Design team, Landlords, Franchisees, RBD team, multiple vendors, and the Operations team.
- Organize project steering meetings and share project reports.
- Complete all necessary documentation, such as site visit reports, checklists, and handover documents.
- Invite estimates from vendors, vet them, and forward them to the commercial team for Purchase Order (PO) creation.
- Aim to complete projects within a 39-day timeline.

2. **Vendor Development**:

- Develop vendors according to forecasted plans and immediate requirements.
- Onboard two new vendors as required in the area.

3. **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure standardized quality of work across all stores.

4. **Repair & Maintenance**:

- Ensure that repair and maintenance tasks are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.

5. **Timelines**:

- Schedule the completion of work for specific projects to ensure timely delivery.

6. **Addressing Snags**:

- Clear all snags within the given timelines to maintain project integrity.

**Skills Required**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes.
- Knowledge of materials and methods involved in the construction or repair of buildings.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- **Project Management**:

- Ability to develop and manage project schedules.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Experience in vendor development and management.
- Ability to evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Skills in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- **Quality Control**:

- Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
- Ability to conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement.
- Commitment to maintaining standardized quality across all projects.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
