This unique internship involves TWIN-TRACKS:
**PRIMARY**:
Personally Lead the setting up and marketing of Vertical Farming, Hydroponics, Aquaponics from the scratch up to dizzy heights so as to reach greenery to the balconies of multistoried buildings of Gujarat's cities.

**SECONDARY**:
A range of management areas to choose from that will empower you as a professional / entrepreneur:
HR, Presentations, Event Management, Web/print Content, Video making/editing, Graphics, Financial management, Science popularization etc

Accordingly, you receive two certificates: one in Agriculture/Horticulture and the other as a Management Trainee, at the same time. That is two fruits for one payment

SPRAT’s internships come in two formats:

- **Residential (Immersive)**:
These Interns live in our hostel - and at our cost In lieu of a cash stipend; free boarding, lodging, basic recreation, 24-hour internet, and reimbursement of all work-related expenses including local transport and mobile usage are provided by SPRAT. These may well cost you upwards of Rs. 7K/month if you were to arrange them yourself. Such interns usually commit 2.5 hours of extra learning and productivity and receive vastly more learning opportunities.
- **Non-Residential / Day format (10AM-6:30PM)**:
For interns residing at their own home but working a full day at SPRAT, we may offer a token stipend of Rs.3000/- or free lunch and refund of 2-wheeler fuel.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
