Key Responsibilities
- **Plant Cultivation**: Overseeing the care, maintenance, and propagation of plants, including vegetables, fruits, flowers, and ornamentals.
- **Design and Maintenance**: Planning and implementing the design and maintenance of gardens, parks, and landscapes, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- **Pest and Disease Control**: Monitoring plants for pests and diseases and implementing appropriate control measures to protect plant health.
- **Research and Development**: Conducting research to improve plant varieties, increase yield, and enhance plant qualities like taste and size.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operating and maintaining equipment used in cultivation, such as farming equipment, sprayers, and irrigation systems.
