Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Development: Conducting research to improve plant varieties, increase yield, and enhance plant qualities like taste and size.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining equipment used in cultivation, such as farming equipment, sprayers, and irrigation systems.
