To conduct on farm trials of farmers bred plant varieties, traditional plant varieties, herbal product and low-cost practices of agriculture etc., in rural, tribal and adjoining areas, data collection and report.

Organizing various meeting and workshops to diffuse and disseminate the knowledge, practices, and innovations from the honeybee network database.

Database updating, literature preparation and dissemination of low cost Do It Yourself technologies.

Promote innovations-based enterprises and support to establish small scale units.

Building linkages with universities, institutions, organizations etc; mobilizing resources by submitting proposals to different funding organizations.

Follow up and liaison with sister organizations, various stake holders, internal and external agencies and other network organizations in the spirit of Honey Bee Network etc.

**Qualifications and Skills**

First class post-graduation in Agronomy/Plant Pathology/Entomology/Plant Breeding & Genetics, graduates with sufficient experience may also apply.

Minimum one
- or two-years’ experience in on farm research is desirable.

Willingness to stay in villages is essential, keep close touch with local communities, collect and analyze data of on farm trials using statistical tools is essential. Ability to scout innovators will be given special credit.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
