Service Operations Planner

**Regional Engineering & Technology APAC > Power Plant Solutions APAC > Functional Administration**

Functional administration manages the service planning for Power Plant Solutions in the APAC region. Additionally, support the function on all administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Technical planning of Service jobs in Salesforce tool
- Verify if the customer is entitled for a service or not
- Work order context clearly specified, enriched with relevant information (standard WO information and guidelines for Technicians and Dispatchers (if applicable) and ready to be planned and scheduled
- Upstream support role involved for quotation creation
- Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
- Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
- KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

**Qualifications**
- Master's or Bachelor's in Planning & Administration
- Planning experience in any Manufacturing Industry is desired
- Having Salesforce experience and JIRA knowledge would be an added advantage

**Competencies**
- Effective communication skills: To gather input from stakeholders, explain changes coming, providing end user support and deliver training. Highly proficient in both verbal and written communication in English
- Good coordination skills: will be required to coordinate internally with other stakeholders
- Proficient analytical skills: Essential for examining issues, distinguishing between perceived challenges and actual problems, enhancing emphasis on
- Process Performance Indicators, and assisting in prioritizing requirements
- Well-organized with demonstrated accountability and ownership
- Effective time-management capabilities
