As a Project Planner at NKT, you will create project plans that meet requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery. **Coordinate and monitor project progress**

In this role, you will guide and train Associate/Junior Planners, identify project requirements, and support the Tender Team during the tender phase. You will develop, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure efficient scheduling, progress control, and reporting activities across projects.

**Your task will be to**:

- Create project plans meeting project requirements and coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide periodic reports to management and clients.
- Develop, update, and revise integrated project schedules using specific planning software/systems.
- Identify and resolve planning clashes or interfaces.
- Prepare reports in accordance with project requirements and company standards.

You will report to the Sr. Manager - Project Planning and the Operations Head - HVS KKA G3C,

**Experienced project planner with effective communication skills**

We are looking for a person with an engineering degree in any discipline and PMP certification. You should have** 6+ years**of industrial experience in project planning in Cable, Oil & Gas, Piping, or Offshore Industry. Knowledge of German or Swedish. You should have advanced knowledge of **Primavera P6 and Oracle Risk Analysis**.

You also have:

- Proficient technical skills and proficiency with planning software.
- Proficient organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
