**Job Title:* Sales Executive - Real Estate**
Experience Required:* 2 Years
Salary Range:* ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Location:* Vile Parle (East) Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable real estate options.
- Actively participate in sales campaigns, site visits, and property demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain a detailed database of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies and drive sales.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are completed efficiently.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences in the real estate sector.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales.
- Knowledge of Mumbai's real estate market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
