**Job description**
- Represent the brand by interacting with clients, and assisting them in choosing jewelry that meets their preferences.
- Build rapport with potential walk-in clients and develop lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper paperwork and reconciliation at the end of each day.
- Follow up with clients on customization orders, ensuring timely updates and clear communication throughout the design and production process.
- Coordinate with the design team to relay client preferences and special requests for custom jewelry pieces.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage timely deliveries, shipping, and receiving, including tagging merchandise and handling transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, purchases, and orders in the CRM system.
- Send clients their account statements, including details of purchases, custom orders, and payment history.
- Proactively assist in store maintenance, ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing. Desired Experience & Expectations
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills are needed.
- Prior sales experience and jewelry industry background would be considered added bonus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to build strong relationships with peers and clients alike.

Job Location: Chennai

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday; 9:30AM-7:30PM
