**Job Description**:
**Media Planning**
- You are responsible for proposing local media directions based on global media strategy and local customer & media insights
- Set and drive optimal media mix and maximize media efficiency across mainline (TV, Print, Radio, Cinema, OOH) and digital (Paid Social, Online Video and Display, OTT etc) mediums
- Competition tracking and sharing relevant insights
- Planning and execution of media sponsorships to drive maximum ROI

**Media campaign management**
- Based on global media strategies, set the planning, implementation and follow-up of the local paid media strategy
- Drive a successful implementation of global marketing campaigns across all bought media (Brand, Consideration)
- Brief & coordinate media plan to media agency/ies in sales market
- Brief & coordinate media plan to sales market content teams & regional production hub
- Key contact and responsible for the day-to-day local media agency/ies collaboration
- Communicate with local PR department on media strategy and potential opportunities
- Perform media audits to ensure media buying efficiency

**Media/Activity Budget & Follow Up**
- Perform analysis and share results and learnings for the different customer groups per media channel on a weekly and monthly basis _(for Media Planner with customer groups YW/W/M/F)_
- Perform weekly and monthly analysis of total online traffic and revenue per marketing channel _(for Media Planner with responsibility for cross customer groups activities)_
- Drive allocation of paid brand & consideration media budget investments to different customer groups and media channels, following up on results coupled to spending
- Handle invoices related to media spend

**Customer**
- Identify customer growth potential connected to media investments together with regional and local customer activation teams
- Know the customers in your markets and infuse insight into media planning - seize opportunities to new customer acquisition and retention

**Qualifications**:
**Skills**

You are positive, embrace challenges and have growth/agile mindset.
- Strategic thinker with broad marketing & media skills
- Good understanding of local media landscape and how media agencies operate
- High analytical ability, Structured, organized and efficient
- High level of English

**Experience**
- Strategic experience from driving brand & customer growth for different target groups, preferably from relevant local markets
- Operative media planning experience
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in above areas
- Have experience from planning activity calendars for multiple channels
- Have experience from setting and managing large media budgets
- ** Expertise in mainline media(TV, Print, Radio, Cinema, OOH )**:

- ** Expertise in Digital media(Paid Social, OTT, OLV&D)**
