About the role
: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical
Media Planner
to strategize, execute, and optimize media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of audience behavior, a creative approach to campaign planning, and experience managing diverse media budgets and client requirements.

Key Responsicilities:

  • Develop and recommend
    media planning strategies
    to attract and retain customers, enhance brand visibility, and boost customer loyalty.
  • Determine the
    optimal media mix
    across TV, Print, Radio, and Digital channels to meet campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns
    to ensure effective performance and maximum ROI.
  • Optimize advertising strategies
    for diverse audience segments and media channels.
  • Conceptualize and execute
    new campaigns
    aimed at expanding reach and engagement.
  • Maintain and nurture
    client relationships
    , ensuring consistent satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and analytics) to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in
    media planning, buying, or campaign management
    .
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and campaign performance tracking software.
