Job Title: All-Rounder Chef (Indian & Chinese Cuisine)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook various Indian and Chinese dishes with high-quality standards.
- Plan and execute the daily menu, ensuring variety and freshness.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food prep, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following all food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Experiment with new recipes and contribute to menu development.

Skills Required:

- Proven chef experience, specializing in Indian and Chinese cuisines.
- Ability to handle multiple kitchen stations and prepare a range of dishes.
- Strong knowledge of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques in Indian and Chinese food.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage kitchen staff.
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 3 years (preferred)
- Pune: 1 year (required)
