**Job Description-Data Integration Lead (Only US Citizens and Green Card Holders)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Integration Strategy & Design**:
Lead the design and implementation of data integration strategies that align with business goals and data architecture.
- ** Project Management**:
Lead and manage data integration projects, ensuring the successful deployment of integration processes and tools.
- ** Technical Leadership**:
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of data engineers and analysts. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues across various systems and platforms.
- ** Data Pipeline Development**:
Design, implement, and optimize robust data pipelines to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud services).
- ** Data Quality & Governance**:
Ensure that data integrations maintain high standards of data quality and governance.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, workflows, and data sources. Provide regular progress reports to senior management on integration activities and performance.

**Key Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- ** Experience**:
12+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or related fields, with a strong background in leading data integration projects.
