**Responsibilities**:

- 7-12 years of overall industry experience in designing, developing, and deploying ETL solutions using

industry standard ETL tools.

**3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and productionizing solutions with Talend Data** **Integration.**
- Extensive experience in designing end-to-end transformations and workflows using Talend Data

Integration, as per requirement specifications.
- Experience with Talend Data Mapper OR working with XML data structures is mandatory.
- Deep SQL knowledge and experience with scripting a MUST.
- Good understanding of Java, and hands-on experience with using Java functions in Talend.
- Experience in leading small teams of 2-3 developers, conducting code quality reviews and

recommending best practices.
- Ability to understand customer's requirements and to translate them into functional, data

mapping/transformation requirement and mapping specifications.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office tools.
- Excellent communications skills in spoken and written English.
- Personal skills: Independent worker with outside the box thinking and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent analytical skills.

**Skills / Requirements (Added advantage)**:

- Industrial engineering or computer science graduate - advantage
- Experience with Talend Data Quality component is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of the insurance business (experience in the actuarial or insurance fields)
- advantage.
- Experience with information systems (such as ERP) at a super user level - advantage
- Ability to understand data models and complex data structures
- Deep SQL knowledge - Must
- Experience or degree in programming - advantage
