Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end data architecture including data models, data pipelines, and data warehouses.
  • Define and implement data governance, security, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data.
  • Manage and optimize databases, data lakes, and cloud-based storage solutions.
  • Ensure system integration across multiple platforms and data sources.
  • Stay updated with emerging data technologies and recommend adoption when appropriate.
  • Mentor data engineers and analysts on best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc. where applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in data architecture.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and database design.
  • Hands-on experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
  • Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and services like Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks.
  • Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and master data management (MDM).
  • Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or Scala.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in real-time data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis).
  • Exposure to machine learning pipelines and advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD for data pipelines.
  • Certifications in cloud data platforms (AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, GCP Professional Data Engineer).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹100, ₹1,250,000.00 per month
