An Enterprise Data Architect (EDA) is responsible for designing and managing the organization's overall approach to data management and governance in alignment with its strategic objectives. Their role encompasses several key responsibilities:

**Data Integration and Interoperability**

**Data Quality Management**

**Data Analytics and Business Intelligence**

**Technology Evaluation and Adoption**

Overall, the role of an Enterprise Data Architect is critical in enabling organizations to leverage their data assets effectively to drive informed decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and gain competitive advantage in today's data-driven business landscape.
- We need a person that is acting as a coach on site, to shift the thinking of the existing data team.
- We need someone that can act dynamically to assess the current data team practice, identify proactively gaps in best practice adoption and influence the evolution of that team to be able to achieve a higher level of working practice.
- Ability to drive effective technology stack.
