**About the Role**

We are looking for a **seasoned Data Architect** to lead the design and optimization of our enterprise-scale data infrastructure. You will architect, manage, and scale distributed databases across multiple platforms and geographies to power our mission-critical intelligence systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable, high-availability database architectures.
- Architect and manage relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GraphDB) data systems.
- Lead performance tuning, partitioning, and indexing strategies for large datasets.
- Ensure robust data integrity, security, and compliance across environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development, analytics, and data delivery needs.
- Define data modelling standards and best practices for both structured and unstructured data.
- Develop backup, replication, and failover strategies to ensure 24x7 system reliability.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data infrastructure across cloud platforms.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, database engineering, or similar roles.
- Deep hands-on expertise in **PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and GraphDB**.
- Experience in **cloud-native data platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of **data governance, compliance, and information security best practices**.
- Experience managing **mission-critical, always-on systems**.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Cloud Database Architecture are a plus.
