We're looking for a fresh graduate to join our high-growth organization. As a People operations Coordinator, you will join our India HR OPS team reporting into the Director, People Ops. Your role will focus on HR Operations services majorly for India but will also include operational tasks for US, Macedonia, Canada & France, including, but not limited to: preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, India employee benefits, insurance, vendor handling, and other HR related administration. You will assist the People Operations Manager in the US.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Recruitment: You would be recruiting & sourcing new talent for open positions.
- Preboarding, onboarding & offboarding process coordination: You will play a vital role in our employee experience, including compiling contractual documentation, handling mobility and relocation matters, visa renewals, HR system updates, managing the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Employee Relations: You will manage the relations by supporting employees and their managers with queries, updating and maintaining policies.
- Payroll & HR Information Coordination: You will be responsible for HR administration throughout the employee journey, from setting up, completing and maintaining the employee personnel files for India office and maintaining and updating employee information in the HRIS and all relevant platforms.
- Benefits Coordination: We offer many benefits, which have associated platforms this includes: Tracking and managing all enrollments into our corporate insurance plan, tax saving benefits sheet, updating leave benefits in HRIS etc.
- Coordinate Social events and other HR activities: Organizing and coordinating corporate social events and HR related events.
- Global support: Helping out with US ad hoc office tasks when required.
- HRIS: Ensure our HRIS system is kept up to date with any employee changes required and create new joiner profiles and on and off boarding activities

- **Experience/Knowledge**: Perfectionist, with excellent administration and follow-through skills
- **Tools**: Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
