**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM**:
The People Generalist for India is responsible for supporting the Regional Senior People Manager in planning and executing processes and initiatives including but not limited to people operations, community events and office experience. This role is key for on-the-ground people operations and generalist support in our Gurgaon office, and will be responsible for the coordination with global stakeholders from the People as well as Business teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act in a highly accessible shared service role, partnering with all areas of the People team and other internal clients
- Provide professional support to employees and business leaders on various HR related topics such as employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, policies under the guidance and mentorship of the Senior People Manager, India
- Implement and execute new strategies and initiatives throughout the organization as directed by the TKWW People Team managers and partners
- Collaborate with the Global Community team on the organization and execution of global and local events and employee experience initiatives
- Collaborate with and support the Global Workplace team to manage the office experience
- Assist in coordinating and organizing learning and development initiatives
- Advise and support TKWW operational management in areas of People strategy for India, culture, talent management, and benefits, taking the lead on benefits that are unique to the India team in collaboration with the global people benefits team
- Effectively partner with operational managers to manage employee relations and provide guidance on all people related matters on an ad hoc basis
- Manage documentation of all HR standard operating procedures
- Manage local employee data and personal files
- Work within HRIS System (Oracle) to maintain accurate employee data
- Registration of the employees within the internal payroll and HR systems

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- Graduate/Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Psychology
- 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist/operational processes in a fast paced work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheets and ability to work with data
- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently, with an aptitude in problem-solving and proactivity
- Understanding of general HR compliances and legislation for India
