We are looking for an HR Generalist who not only excels in HR operations but also aligns deeply with our spiritual mission and values.

Position Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, driving employee engagement, supporting hiring processes, and ensuring a positive, value-driven workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have a genuine personal interest in spirituality, mindfulness, and personal growth, which aligns with our brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
  • Develop job descriptions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with team leads.
  • Conduct smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they understand Prabhubhakti's mission and spiritual values.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a healthy, respectful, and spiritually aligned work environment.
  • Address employee concerns, maintain open communication, and mediate workplace issues.
  • Organize team activities, wellness sessions, and engagement programs promoting mindfulness and positivity.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and basic HR reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, legal guidelines, and organizational standards.

4. Performance Management

  • Support performance review cycles and help managers set growth-based objectives.
  • Encourage skill development and personal improvement initiatives.

5. Culture Building

  • Help shape a spiritually inspired workplace culture rooted in compassion, integrity, harmony, and growth.
  • Contribute ideas for spiritual workshops, meditation sessions, or internal initiatives aligned with Prabhubhakti's values.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
