Join our Gurugram office and be part of a team that values people as much as technology.About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Human Resource Generalist to support our HR operations and help maintain our high-trust, high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions, employee relations, compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate coordination, and onboarding.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.Assist in payroll coordination through timely updates on attendance, leaves, and employee information.Provide day-to-day support to employees and address HR-related queries professionally.Help develop, implement, and update HR policies and processes.Coordinate performance management cycles, confirmations, and probation reviews.Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with Innostax’s culture.Oversee smooth exit management including resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.Support HR leadership in strategic initiatives and process improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.Solid understanding of HR operations, best practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus.High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.Preferred Attributes Positive, people-first attitude aligned with Innostax’s culture.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.Enthusiasm for driving employee engagement and creating a great workplace environment.Why Join Innostax Tech LLC?
