**Role and Responsibilities**

Administrative and Operational:

- **Assisting the Principal**: The Vice Principal acts as a second-in-command, supporting the Principal in their overall leadership and management of the college.
- **Staff Management**: They may assist in hiring, training, and evaluating teaching and non-teaching staff.
- **Resource Allocation**: They may help manage the budget and allocate resources effectively.
- **Coordinate Clinical Rotations**: They may coordinate the clinical rotations of nursing students with the heads of different departments.
- **Grievance Redressal**: They may coordinate with the Grievance Redressal Committee to address student and staff concerns.
- **Financial Activities**: They may assist the Principal in managing financial matters of the college.
- **Emergency Drills**: They may help plan and conduct emergency drills to ensure student safety.

Academic:

- **Assisting in Curriculum Development**: They may participate in developing and reviewing the nursing curriculum.
- **Teaching and Mentoring**: They may teach nursing students and mentor them, offering guidance and support.
- **Research**: They may conduct and publish research in their field of expertise.
- **Student Supervision**: They may supervise student research projects and clinical practice.
- **Instruction and Guidance**: They may assist the department head in instruction and guidance activities.
- **Identifying Student Needs**: They may help identify and address the needs of students in terms of their program.
- **Evaluating Curriculum**: They may participate in the evaluation of the curriculum.

Other Responsibilities:

- **Student Support**: They may ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- **Addressing Student Concerns**: They may assist students with their concerns and needs.
- **Communicating with Parents and Students**: They may communicate with parents and students about student progress and issues.
- **Enforcing College Rules**: They may help enforce college rules and regulations

**Salary**: Negotiable

Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
