**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **academic and administrative leadership** to the nursing college.
- Ensure compliance with **regulatory bodies** (INC, State Nursing Council, UGC, etc.).
- Develop and implement **curriculum, policies, and procedures** to maintain high educational standards.
- Supervise and guide faculty in teaching, research, and professional development.
- Oversee **student admissions, progress, and welfare** to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Foster industry collaborations, research initiatives, and professional partnerships.
- Manage **budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation**.
- Ensure adherence to **accreditation, licensing, and healthcare standards**.
- Represent the institution in **academic and professional forums**.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Ph.D./M.Sc. in Nursing** from a recognized university.
- Minimum **10-15 years** of experience in nursing education, with at least **5 years** in an administrative role.
- Sound knowledge of **nursing curriculum, accreditation requirements, and regulatory frameworks**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in **faculty development, student affairs, and academic administration**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Expertise in research and publications.
- Ability to implement modern **teaching-learning methodologies**.
- Experience in managing institutional affiliations and collaborations.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
